We are seeking an experienced or aspiring Administrative Assistant to assist behind the scenes of our dance and stage productions, classes, and other projects. An ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, with a passion and experience with stage production, the entertainment industry, and/or the performance arts.

Responsibilities:
Assistant to the Producer/Creative Director and production team with tasks related to the production
Social Media Management (including photography and/or videography)
Administrative tasks and paperwork
Cast & Volunteer Management
Stagehand for each performance
Perform ad hoc projects or tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Self – Motivated
Creative-thinking and problem solving
Good listening skills
Strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
Excellent attention to detail
Professionalism at all times
Strong knowledge/experience in social media content creation and/or management. Photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
Must have reliable transportation
Must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan or surrounding areas
Must have reliable computer / smart electronic device
Training & Education:
Must be at least 21 years old
A high school diploma or GED required
At least 3 years of prior performance, entertainment, production assistant, and/or stage management experience obtained through relevant training, production courses, and/or job experience.
