A great way to connect with loved ones that have t

A great way to connect with loved ones that have transitioned is writing them a letter. First thing I was guided to do today, on your heavenly birthday, and I’m so glad I did. Although, I still feel sadness and grief, writing this letter helped me release heaviness through my words and tears rather than swallow or suppress it. Something you and I talked about all the time.

Thank you for the reminder Nenna, I do feel better. I love you. Happy Heavenly Birthday 💕

But the funny thing about purpose, it has incredible patience and a way of chasing you even when you're not choosing it. So here we are!

Transformation from a catepillar to the butterfly

Transformation from a catepillar to the butterfly is a painful process. I didn't know that. When the butterfly emerges from the chrysalis it has blood on its wings. Didn't know that either. But how could it not? I mean I didn't exactly believe it was a pretty and painless process, but I never really thought about how excruciating that would be. The insect is literally transforming into an entirely different one. Not only a new body but a new way of showing up in the world. It has to learn how to move in this new space. With these new wings! It requires a different mindset to soar in the air when you're used to being on or close to the ground! A caterpillar has never flown before this point so, think of the elevation difference alone!

"Healing" feels like a "trendy" word these days, but trust and believe, it is much more than “buzz” for those committed to the journey. Deconstructing thoughts & ideas you've believed to be true for so long that emphatically made who you were... it’s not for the faint of heart. Pioneering into unfamiliar territory can be scary, so cheers to those of us committed to the journey.

Wherever you are on the journey, I see you and I’m grateful you are still here.

September Focus - Spiritual Hygiene 🧘‍♀️ ✨

We are body and spirit, and our souls require daily hygiene and maintenance as much as our physical bodies do. Meditation or simply taking an intentional moment to stop, breathe, and align is one of those requirements. An easy tool to release, activate, protect, and a host of other great things.

Life be lifein' and we can quickly get swept up in the whirlwind and overwhelm sneaks up before you know it. Meditation is an amazing tool to calm the storm before it even begins and get clarity on how to tackle it.

If I'm honest, I'm not the most consistent with meditation, even though I know how good I feel and home much clarity I have when I meditate consistently. So, as I choose to do the things that best serve me, discipline in my meditation and other spiritual hygiene is a priority I gladly choose.

*Cancel. Cut. Clear the word "need." I don't CHOOSE to be like them, I CHOOSE to be like ME!
